STEWARDSHIP: HEALING THE EARTH

We are healing the Earth from the outside in, so we will focus our energy of Love on elements/parts of the Earth (rocks, trees, plants, twigs, soil, etc) rather than the whole planet.  Then we will direct the energy between the objects so they communicate awareness between one another.  There are several steps of preparation and then the healing.  Remember at all times that energy follows intention; merely intend to send love.

1. Relax with three deep breaths

slowly in through your nose, hold the breath to the count of three, and slowly release each through parted lips. Consciously tell yourself that you are relaxing with each breath. Afterwards, tell yourself that releasing each normal breath just relaxes you further. Also, that each sound you hear just allows you to relax even deeper.

2. Raise your energy to pure love

♦ use a favored way; or

♦ imagine, in any way that's appropriate to you, that your consciousness is rising like a helium balloon, higher and higher, lighter and lighter, brighter and brighter, closer and closer to the source of all things. As you continue to rise higher and faster you're more and more able to feel the energy of the source. As you get closer you feel the love the source has for all things. Imagine this energy reaches out and envelopes you like the greatest, warmest hug you've ever had, filling you and surrounding you with a feeling of divine love. (Be in this love space for a minute or more)

3. Hold on to this love energy and connect to the Soul of the Earth

♦ use a favored way; or

♦  imagine you're in a favorite place in nature, or with a piece of nature, or doing a wonderful natural loving thing; whatever it is it must bring pleasure and joy.

♦ allow the energy from the divine to enter into your crown chakra and go down through all of your Chakras to your root chakra, right beneath your genitals.

♦ intend to become one with the natural place or thing you've imagined. Then, intend to send love energy into that place or thing and surrender yourself into the feeling of oneness. (do 1 minute or more)

4. As one with the Earth, radiate loving energy

to the piece of the Earth you've chosen. (do for as long as the group chooses. Half an hour is a good length though longer is more effective)

♦ although this can be done alone, it's better to do this with a group, especially with a group which meets regularly

♦ a groups' energy helps each person in the group to succeed in what they're all attempting to do

5. Intend to send energy between the pieces of Earth.

You can imagine different pieces, such as a circle of stones, or utilize the pieces your group is using. (Of course this entails sharing)
