Imagine enjoying a quiet evening and sunset on your own private beach. 2003 Season Rates From Memorial Day to Labor Day the four bedroom house rents for $900 per week or $700 per weekend. Guests arrive on Sundays for weekly visits, or Thursday afternoons or Friday for weekend visits. Guests provide your own bed linens and beach towels. There are kitchen and bath towels available. A deposit of $200 will hold your reservation and serves as a security deposit, which will be returned by mail after your rental period. Rental must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to date of arrival. We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the cottages and no pets please. We allow a maximum of eight guests unless other arrangements are made in writing with the management. Evidence of pets, smoking in the cottages or groups larger than contracted may result in the loss of some or all of your security deposit.
