This is a drying shed at Linville. The right-of-way ran in front
of this building right were I was standing. This building is 40 deep x
70 feet wide. It stands in the curve where the Linville River Ry. left
Linville and then came back out to where the main highway is today. It's
also right next to a river on the right that the railroad crossed. In the
30s, a wye with one leg on one side of the building and the other leg on
the other side, joined and followed the river up behind the building to
the MacRae Lumber Company.
