present day Forsyth and Davidson County, North Carolina. They were
twins: Peter (1746-1829) ROTHROCK and Philip (1746-1825) ROTHROCK and

Peter and his wife are buried at Friedberg Moravian Church Cemetery in
Davidson Co., NC. They had ten children that married into ZIEGLER,
THOMAS, RUDISILL, PEELER, NIFONG, WHITLOW, REICH, TESCH (TESH),
LOCKENOUR, ESSIG (ESSEX), GRETER (CRATER), FRYE (FRY), CLODFELTER,
RIPPLE, KNAUSS, SPACH, ROMINGER, FISHEL, DeLAPP, and MENDENHALL families
in Davidson and Forsyth Counties. Philip and his wife are also buried

married into the following families (that are different from Peter's
children): FUHRMAN, SEITZ (SIDES), GREEN, MOCK, BERRIER, WEITMANN

war he married Averilla MORE in Wilkes Co GA. But would there be a way
of finding the family he is from? I do know he was in the war, and from
NC. Any Dopson about the time of 1770 or later would be of great help.

I am searching for information on my BRINKLEY line. The main branch lived and died in either Clemmons, Lewisville, or Mocksville NC from the late 1700s through the mid 1900s. The line I have begins with a Peter Brinkley married to a Susanna who was born in Pennsylvania . Their fourth child Jeremiah Jacob married Martha Elizabeth PRYOR, who's second child John James married Mary Polly YOAKLEY, who's fifth child William Jacob married Emily Ann BRANDON, who's only child William James married Sarah Elizabeth HARPER, who's ninth child Porter James married Katie WALTON, who's only child Charles William married Shelby Jean POE. Charles William is my father. This data and a lot more was passed to me from my father who did not know who gathered it. I am looking to substantiate this information and trace back further. Is there anyone out there who can help?
