In the name of God amen. I Oliver Medearis of Union Township Clermont County State of Ohio do make and ordain this my last will and testament in wrighting Revoking all others First after my decease I will and bequeath to my loving wife Willmuth Medearis the one third part of all my Estate Real and Personal During her widowhood for her maintenance for as long as she lives. Next I will after my Decease to my sons James Davis Medearis Sixty Dollars next I will after my Decease I will and bequeath to ;my daughter Willmuth Stuart fifty Dollars Next I will and bequeath to Talithcuma Emry Fifty Dollars to be paid after my Decease Next I will and bequeath to Elizabeth Crumbaugh ten Dollars after my Decease Next the following persons one Dollar each after my Decease to wit to my son Abraham Medearis my daughters Newlilly Lucas Regina Stuart and Sally Davis

The above sums to be made by the sale of my personal property of which only two thirds is to be used for that purpose. I further will and bequeath my land to be sold after my wifes Death and equally divided among all my heirs with all other property that may be remaining after her death. Also one dollar to my son Washing Medearis with and --- ---- in land when ------ after my wife's Decease. If further nominate and appoint Washing Medearis my son and John Crumbaugh my son in law to Execute this my last will and testament after my decease according to the true intent and meaning of the above written. In testimony wherof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this August the 8th 1829. For the presents of these witnesses.
