 At 17' below full pool, much of Lake Allatoona has been converted to mud flats. No need to share the lake today with jetskis, party boats or even the fishermen. |
 The few ramps that were open were both steep and long providing plenty of time to build speed on the trip down. Would have been a tricky manuever on a windy day |

 Back in May Allatoona was 7' above full pool, now is is 17' below. Hard to believe that 7 months ago we flew over the top of this dam. |
