Various Artists

cdBatman A-Go-Go (app. 70 min.)
A collection of versions of the Batman tv theme song. Many versions, many differing styles. Hear the Batman theme interpreted by The Who, The Ventures, Nelson Riddle, Jan and Dean, Link Wray, and others. Also includes '60's radio ads for various Batman-related toys, Batman-themed public service announements, and somgs by other Batman tv charecters (done in charecter). This one's crazy fun!

cdBOOTS! (app. 80 min.)
27 different versions of the song that made Nancy Sinatra famous. Hear Rock, Country, Punk, Reggae, Ska, Zydeco, Metal and many other styles by Loretta Lynn, Megadeth, The Residents, The Del Rubio Triplets, The Ventures, Nick Cave, Mrs. Miller, Don Ho, and many others. Drive your roomate insane! Great fun at parties. These boots are gonna walk all over you!

cdDemos/Concerts/Sessions From HELL (app. 62 min.)
Celebrities at their WORST! This is a collection of concerts, demo tapes, and recording sesions where things went terribly WRONG. Some of the people on this are well known, others arent, but it's all obnoxiously funny.
Hear Linda McCartney wailing horribly off-key, Orson Welles having a temper tantrum, a very drunk Frank Sinatra, and many others. Also contains the infamous Troggs tapes from the '60's.

cdThe Droplift Project (app. 72 min.)
The Droplift Project is a collection of audio collage pieces made largely from appropriated sources. 29 tracks from various artists, all containing uncleared samples. Copies of this cd are 'reverse-shoplifted'-snuck into stores and left for others to buy. It's available as a free download from The Droplift Website, or you can trade for it here.

cdKenny Everett's Bottom 30 "The World's Worst Wireless Show", Capitol Radio, London, April 16, 1977. (app. 90 min.)
This is a recording of a radio show in which listeners were polled to create a list of the 30 worst songs of all time. Presented in reverse chronological order, with smart-ass comments between songs, this has some of the worst (and funniest) songs you'll ever hear!

cdProduct Music (app. 52 min.)
I love this one! This is a collection of songs from "industrial musicals" commissioned by corporations as motivational tools in the '60's and '70's. Meant to be heard by employees as opposed to consumers, this collection has some of the funniest and weirdest music I've heard. Contains songs from Ford, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Exxon, Squibb Pharmecuticals, Westinghouse, and many others. Twenty songs total.

Ralph Records 10th Anniversary Radio Special (app. 60 min.)
Hosted by Penn Jillette (of Penn and Teller). "In February, 1982, Ralph Records contacted Mr. Jillette...to see if he were interested in involvement...the format of the special, as specified in Mr. Jillette's contract, was unusual.
Mr Jillette was to spend the next six days alone, locked in a motel room. Each day he recieved a package of records from Ralph. His job was to listen to and comment on these recordings. The radio special was compiled from more than 50 hours of tape recorded while Mr. Jillette was alone in his motel room."
Contains Penn Jillette's rants, and selections/snippets from The Residents, Snakefinger, Tuxedomoon, Fred Frith, MX-80 Sound, and other Ralph records acts.

cdSATISFACTION! (app. 80 min.)
23 different versions of the Stone's classic song. Many different (and I do mean DIFFERENT) versions by Devo, Phyllis Diller, The Residents, The Del Rubio Triplets, The Ventures, and many others. Do you love this song? Bet you wont after hearing this disc! Great fun at parties.
