So I get back from a week long business trip (where I worked my ass
off and didn't get laid all week) only to be informed that I no longer
had a position in the company. What joy and elation! My uncontrollable
laughter and ear to ear grin completely baffled the pinks.
Five months later I still haven't come out of my forced retirement.
Why would I want to? I've got lots of free time and money is
miraculously holding out (praise BoB!). Initially the future with no
job looks dim until you realize that your eyes are squinting.
I highly recommend being downsized to anyone. A severe drop in
income is also a severe drop in taxes that provide the CON a means to
suck still more SLACK from your weary bones. Hope for a couple days off
in no way compares to the prospect of never working again!
Yours in the sludge,
Rev. Dr. Dista S
