From the West:From I-40E, take Exit 289 (two lanes exiting to the right - exit only).
Exit continues for about 2.5 miles and becomes Wade Avenue at Ridge Rd. (Do not take the exit to U.S. 1/64).

| Continue on Wade Avenue for about four miles through six lights (last light is Canterbury Rd). At the top of the hill (Jaycee Center at right), take the right exit off Wade Avenue to Oberlin Road. (If you miss it, see next set of directions.) Continue on Oberlin Rd. about one-half mile through Cameron Village and through the intersection at Clark Avenue. Just past Clark Ave is a firehouse on your left -- and then Park Drive. Turn left onto Park Drive. Continue on Park Drive about 1/4 mile -- through the intersections with Woodburn and (all on the right now) Hawthorne Road, the two Forest Drives, and Hillcrest Drive. (Don't take any sharp right turns.) We're on the right just past Hillcrest Drive. |
Continue on Wade Avenue for about 4.5 miles to the seventh light at St. Mary's Street (counting the crosswalk light just before St. Mary's). You'll see condos to the right and the old Rex Hospital/state government offices to the left. Turn right onto St. Mary's St. Go through two lights -- at Nichols Drive and at Peace Street (Broughton High School on the right corner). Continue south on St. Mary's. The second street on the right is Park Drive. Turn right onto Park Drive, and continue past East Park Drive and West Park Drive. Once you've passed West Park Drive, we're the fifth house on the left. |
From the East: Take 64W into Raleigh, which becomes New Bern Avenue, then . . .

| Turn right at Raleigh Blvd. (about three miles past the beltline and Wake Medical Center). In less than 1/2 mile, turn left onto Oakwood Ave. Continue for about a mile to Person St. Turn right onto Person Street, a one-way street, and continue less than 1/4 mile to the light at Peace Street (Krispy Kreme on corner). Turn left onto Peace St (two-way street). Continue about one mile through five lights to St. Mary's Street. Turn left onto St. Mary's St. Continue two blocks south to Park Drive on your right. Turn right onto Park Drive, and continue past East Park Drive and West Park Drive. Once you've passed West Park Drive, we're the fifth house on the left. |
New Bern Ave. becomes Edenton Street for eastbound traffic. (Just follow the road.) Continue on Edenton Street through downtown Raleigh. You'll be routed to Hillsborough Street (again, just follow the road). Continue through the intersection at St. Mary's Street (you'll see St. Mary's College on your right). Continue past East Park Drive and West Park Drive on the right. Turn right at the next street -- Hillcrest St. (Just before the turn you'll see a Christian Science church, the AFL-CIO headquarters, and the state Republican Party headquarters on your right). Continue on Hillcrest for two blocks, where it ends at Park Drive. Turn right onto Park Drive. We're the second house on the right. |
