Crumble cakes - place in large bowl. Crumble the cookies until the size of grapenuts. Add 2 drops of green food coloring to 1/4 cup of the crumbled cookies. Mix 1/2 of the remaining crumbled cookies with the pudding mix. Add this mixture to the crumbled cakes and pour into the lined kitty litter box. Sprinkle the green mixture on top. Warm the tootsie rolls just enough to bend slightly. Bury 1/2 of them and arrange the rest on top of the mixture. Place scooper on the top and place all on a newspaper.
