MindSpring Completes Internet Direct Acquisition

ATLANTA, GA (February 11, 1998) MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. today
announced it has completed the asset acquisition from Internet Direct, Inc.
Terms of the agreement include the transfer of Internet Direct's Web
hosting subscribers, GoSite proprietary hosting technologies, facilities
and employees to MindSpring for an undisclosed sum of money.
