We called your technical support line and kept your service staff very busy. They were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and endlessly patient with a couple of techno dunces. We opened our account by phone at 7 p.m. last night, and by 9 p.m., we were already in the process of downloading your EarthLink Software. Since last night we have called your technical support line four times and received courteous advice every time.

A couple of your senior tech support representatives called me and helped to set up my account. The reps were very courteous and helpful. The first technician called at 3 p.m. as I was just leaving home. He asked me when the best time to call me again was, so I told him 7 p.m. The other representative called me back at 7 p.m. sharp!

EarthLink has been one of the most consistent providers that I have heard of. After listening to complaints from friends and relatives about their providers, I am quick to recommend they "switch rather than fight." Almost all have thanked me for my recommendation after having used your service for only a short period of time.

I've had to call the technical support line on more than one occasion for help in solving some problems. On each occasion, I was dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. The nicest part of each experience was the ability to promptly speak to a human instead of some voice-messaging system.

I recently retired and my wife and I have started a small business. Today I called for additional information on your SmartSite. Again, I was impressed with the professionalism and the reasonable pricing you have made available to the small business owners. Originally I had thought I would not be able to afford a commercial site and would just use my personal site for the business. However, your SmartSite pricing structure will permit us the same exposure as the larger corporations.
