Left: My shadow on a distant rock-wall, taken while I was on an even higher rock wall in Joshua Tree park.
Right: My friend Paul near a wacky rock formation atop a big rock butte we spent an hour climbing

Left: Me atop that same butte, with tons more in the distance.
Right: Taliesen West, Frank Lloyd Wright's Archetecture school/camp. (the students really camped in the desert behind the school.)

Left: when Mom came to visit she enjoyed the artist-town of Tubac, south of Tucson.
Right: A small Pow Wow was a relaxing way to spend a day near my apartment.

Left: Whilst in the desert a fellow hiker took our picture.
Right: I took this on my balcony! (the feeder is unusual, but artsy, and it works).

Left: I took this cactus-at-dusk picture on a solo hike in the western mountains in March. I like it.
Right: My buddy George visited too, and I took him climbing on Mount Lemmon. This is George resting halfway up the climb. (It's my favorite climb!)

Left: This is at the top of the climb.
Right: He got lucky and caught an awsome sunset.

Left: Me at the Grand Canyon. Wahoo!
Right: Ah, upstate NY...I was so glad me and Marty made it back there, even if just for a day of short hikes on bad ice.

Left: Sylvester my family cat enjoys Christmas.
Right: Mom and Kenny enjoy Christmas too.

Left: The ladies of the family in size order (the tree doesn't count).
Right: Gene is passing on some Karate lessons to Tyler.

Left: My family at Christmas.
Right: The Christmas frog picture.

Left: Derek and Debra's baby Zoe is very cute, but I think they don't want her picture on the internet. So I offer this dancing banana out of respect for their wishes.
Right: Caroline and Russ's baby Lisa Rae is also very cute...shown above not dancing.

Left: My wonderful sneester Annette and her new fiancee Rob, in Tombstone.
Right: Me and my sister in the desert.

Left: Judy and Joanie on our hike around a volcano (Sunset Crater national park).
Right: This cactus-sunset was taken on a new hike I found New Year's day, right near my apartment.

These sunset shots are also on that new hike by my apartment. Egad!

Left: I can't resist cute pictures of my cat Angel.
Right: Cousins Karina and Tyler with my sister at Easter.

Right: This is a really tall shot of the 7 falls area...at bottom is the bottom pool caused by 7 waterfalls coming down from about the midpoint of this mountain. It's a 4 mile hike in to see this...and lots of people come and swim here.

below: My favorite cactus-flower, Hedgehogs in bloom.
