Easley Range is scheduled to undergo extensive upgrade beginning July 15, 2009.  As we understand it, the berms on both sides of the range will be raised, the target berm will be leveled and rebuilt to clear the target shed, and new cantilever target carriers will be installed.  Therefore, the matches for July 18 and 19 will be changed as follows:

1.  The across the course match scheduled for July 18 will be conducted as a 300 yard reduced match on the club range at Cusseta.  All other information in the match program remains unchanged.  We did not try to schedule the match on Maertens Range because the Sniper School has been using the range more frequently on Saturdays and, since they own the range, they can bump us off the range without warning if their training schedule dictates.

2.  The 3X600 match scheduled for July 19 will be conducted at Maertens Range.  All other information in the match program remains unchanged.

We do not know when the contractor is going to be finished with Easley Range and will look at the remainder of the 2009 schedule as we learn more about the contractor's progress.
