" Oh excuse me. I didn't see you there."

" That's alright, But what are you doing here? I never expected to feel anyone so close."

" You'll have to speak louder, I'm heading the other direction."

" I should say so, at first I thought I had come across a root. What are you doing just laying there. Is something wrong?"

" I'm not sure, But I think maybe so. As hard as I try I can't seem to get anywhere lately. I'm not even sure in which direction I'm headed."

" From the sound of your voice, I believe you are heading into a level that will not support you.. There's nothing good down there. You know that. What's really wrong?'

" Isn't our time in Earth to be spent searching for what we don't have? Isn't that what life is all about?"

" Maybe, but for me it's the pride that comes after all the blind alleys. After you've chewed through all the garbage. I just can't let it all pass right through me. All worms can tell where you've been just by looking at you. You're wearing all your dirt on your face or is it your tail?"

" But what of those that have to pick you to pieces so that they may live. What do my personal habits mean to them? I'd rather be in the dark than maybe be pulled in two for leaving the security I have worked so hard for."

" You lose what you have gained only if you have tried. To see the light you must leave the dark familiar things. If you are stretched by the struggle, keep the part of you that can make a difference anchored. Hold on to the Earth. That is our job. We are the ones that make the Earth a better place. I've been broken, but I've mended. If it's serious you will die, but death awaits us all. I try to make the small part I travel through better. I didn't make the world and I don't know all the answers. If the struggle is to great, you have to let go. Then you might go on to different struggles. Turn around now and try to look at where you are going. Slide on, so we can all get on."
