"While the City Sleeps" features improvised video, samples from the Irma Thomas song of the same name and a sound collage based on "Office of Global Communications". The soundtrack version is released on the Uncertainty Rides the Waves CD-R. "Office of Global Communications" is an unreleased Troubleman Unlimited 7" (TMU105/TMUSSS015).
