Monica Pineda has been teaching Kundalini Yoga to adults, children and yoga practitioners since earning her AGNI Yoga Certification Teacher's Level I with Lea Kraemer in December, 2001. She received her Master's Touch Int'l. Teacher Certification with Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, from the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico.
Her gentle, supportive style of teaching combines meditation, mantras and chakra balancing exercises for transformation and healing. She also teaches Special Workshops focusing on specific detoxifying kriyas (sets) for heart, lungs, kidneys, skin and liver, as well as her weekly workshops. Monica's students appreciate her ability to attune to each person's needs.
