Spiritual Attunement through Meditation
with Randall Okey, facilitator of the A.R.E. of NY Center Meditation Group
What is meditation? ...it is the attuning of the mental body and the physical body to it's spiritual source ...it is the attuning of thy physical and mental attributes seeking to know the relationships to the Maker. That is true meditation" (Edgar Cayce Reading 281-41)
Meditation is a foundational practice for spiritual growth. The readings state that we must all learn to meditate. Join us as we explore the methods of Spiritual Attunement as described in the Edgar Cayce readings. We will also supplement this material with compatible attunement methods drawn from ancient Buddhist, Christian and Hindu traditions.
Randall Okey has served on the ARE New York Council and is an active Volunteer. He has facilitated the Tuesday evening Meditation Group at the New York ARE Center for the past two years.
