Ideals, Intuition, and Guidance

A Two-Day Course with Mary Elizabeth Lynch and Mark Thurston

The world is getting busier and more confusing. How do we really tune-in to our guidance? How do we use our intuition to make decisions that take us closer to our ideals?

This course will provide a supportive setting for two days in which we will make an in-depth exploration of ourselves, especially in regard to the important challenge points in life - our "edges" where we make transformative change -- or get painfully stuck.

In this two-day intensive you will have the opportunity to explore:
  • Creative ways to respond to the many internal and external "voices" that are seemingly trying to guide you - but often those "voices" offer contradictory advice.

  • The development of your intuitive skills - your capacity to tune-in and provide helpful insight to someone else who is confronting his or her own "edge"

  • The deepening of your conscious connection with a personal vision, with your spiritual ideal.

Mark Thurston and Mary Elizabeth Lynch will offer participants experiences with all three central themes - in part by conducting "Energy Constellations" (three-dimensional enactments of the energy patterns that are happening in your life, especially surrounding some issue or challenge for which various "voices" try to guide you in one way or another) "Energy Constellation" work is a powerful way to see the elements in your life that can be transformed and healed. The work also provides an excellent setting and process for helping one another by sharing intuitive connections that we make within the group

You will also experience several transformational Meditations, time for journaling -- and having fun together.

Mary Elizabeth Lynch, M.A., J.D.. is an educator, conflict transformation specialist, and an attorney/mediator. She holds a master's degree in philosophy and is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School. She is a co-founder and president of the Personal Transformation and Courage Institute, where she serves as one of its principal course leaders. Mary Elizabeth and Mark have been married for 27 years and they have two young adult children.

Mark Thurston, Ph.D. is an educator, psychologist, and author of 19 books about personal spirituality, including How to Interpret Your Dreams, Discovering Your Soul's Purpose, and Synchronicity as Spiritual Guidance. His latest book is on the topic of this course - Willing to Change: The Journey of Personal Transformation - was published in 2007. He is Director of Academic Affairs for Atlantic University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he teaches transpersonal psychology.           Transformation U Program / Course Registration : NEW CANCELLATION POLICY:
•  You may cancel your program /course registration at any time before the beginning of the course /program and receive a credit for the full amount - good for another program/course within twelve months.
•  If you cancel 24 hours or less before a program/course and choose not to accept a credit, we will refund 50% of the tuition/admission fee.
•  If you cancel more than 24 hours before a program/course and choose not to accept a credit, we will refund your tuition minus a processing fee of 15% for programs/courses with tuitions of $100 or more;  $10 for programs/ courses with tuitions less than $100.
