The Way Of God: Entering
The World Of Kabala

WITH RABBI MEIR FUND

Three Wednesdays:  May 7, 21 & 28
7:00 - 8:15 pm

The Study of Jewish mysticism is a journey of both mind and spirit.

The Way of God ** the text that we will use for this course, was written by a brilliant 18th century Italian kabalist, Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto. Considered one of the clearest, most systematic explanations of Jewish fundamental beliefs ever written, it begins with basic concepts regarding the existence of God and the purpose of creation, and shows how other important teachings of Judaism are a logical consequence of these beliefs.

Complex kabalistic teachings are conveyed with clarity and depth, including:

  • The ten emanations
  • The nature of soul
  • Inspiration and prophecy
  • Angels - and much more

Come and study with us!

Tuition: $70.   $60 if Registered by May 1.

** The Way of God (translation by Aryeh Kaplan) is available online at Judaism.com,  amazon.com -- or in Judaica stores., such as J. Levine (5 W. 30 St.). However it is NOT necessary to own the book to participate in the class.
