Meet the Healer
is an ongoing series which spotlights diverse, holistic health issues and practices. Each month, a different practitioner describes and/or demonstrates the healing modalities he or she provides.

Come enjoy an experiential, fun, and informative introduction to Polarity Therapy, a synthesis of Eastern and Western healing principles & techniques for balancing and optimizing the flow of Life Energy.

Originated by Dr. Randolph Stone, techniques include working with structural and electro-magnetic relationships of the body, auric field, chakras, craniosacral system; physical movement, sound, nutrition and verbal support skills that clarify awareness for creatively meeting your challenges and goals.

While there are many applications of Polarity Therapy, because of its vast scope, it is ultimately a system of wellness education. The art and essence of Polarity is bringing awareness to how we relate to the ongoing process of our living. Wear comfortable clothing, as there will be some movement as well as "hands-on" exchange of some techniques.

Michael Edan RPP, RPE, ARCB

is a registered Polarity Practitioner and Educator with the American Polarity Therapy Association and has taught Polarity at the Open Center in New York City and Lourdes Wellness Institute in New Jersey.

Practicing in the holistic health field for over 15 years he is also a Tera Mei Reiki Master, Reflexologist, EFT practitioner and Focusing Inner Process facilitator.
