GATEWAY EXCURSION is the recommended foundation course
for all other MONROE INSTITUTE field courses.

The Gateway Excursion is a course developed by The Monroe Institute (TMI) using their pioneering, patented Hemi-Sync technologies and time proven techniques, offered only by Monroe Institute trained and accredited Outreach Trainers.

While listening to Hemi-Sync tapes through supplied headphones, you are introduced to a variety of tools and processes designed to assist you in experiencing and exploring profound areas of awareness. Achieve the ability to balance and synchronize brain function, enhance your consciousness and expand your awareness of the world around you.
