You may know me as a volunteer for the Program Committee and Program Registrar.  Now I'm taking the next step in my personal spiritual journey by becoming a Center practitioner.  My intent is to offer guidance and direction to others by my spiritual use of the Tarot.  I thank God and the legacy of Edgar Cayce, as well as the intuitive guidance I have received over the years for bringing me to this point, guiding me along a path of faith and knowledge to this decision. I apply this intuitive and spiritual approach to my readings, opening myself to guidance from higher realms to help others.

It was Study Group work that  brought me to an understanding about my self as a spiritual being, and the knowledge that we are indeed all one: One in spirit; one as children of an all-loving parent, our Creator. As I begin doing a reading, I become a co-creator nd a channel, seeking to do God's work. I owe this approach to the Study Group program which enables each of us to find and define who we are. 

Having discovered through Search For God work, that I could be of service with my intuitive gift, I pursued this by reading and studying about the Tarot. Bit by bit and step-by-step it all came together and I recognized that it was real.  I've learned that when the path is made clear, our will, intent and action make for the physical result. 

As for results, there have been many:  Some rewarding, some challenging, but all necessary for insight and growth.  I have had precognitive visions of my brother receiving unexpected money and getting married  &— and of the passing of my father four months before it happened. The vision that has most challenged me, however, involved the World Trade Center disaster

On September 10th, 2001, I was working as an assistant to a designer.  A customer was nearby, and as I filled a box with merchandise she had purchased, I had an odd feeling of being able to see through her. As I wondered about this, I had mental images of her leaving the Earth plane — which led to more questions and more images. In my mind, I saw airplanes hit the World Trade Towers, the Pentagon, and what looked like a plane heading for the White House. I saw our customer and the costume she was purchasing on one of those planes, and many other details. I felt a tear roll down my face. I knew what I had seen, yet I was in disbelief. 

Despite feeling a strong resistance to speaking about this, I did, apprehensively, mention it to some friends. Most advised me not to think of such things.  Hoping it was all a mistake, I lit a candle that night and said extra prayers. 

On September 11th, I learned that the customer I had helped had indeed been on one of those planes.  Needless to say, I have  gone over and over these events in my mind, wondering if I could have made a difference by speaking of my vision to this woman. After much prayer and meditation on this, I came to feel that it would not have changed anything had I told her.  I was later given information confirming that our customer would have been unlikely to change her fight plans even had she known what I had seen.  I've accepted that we each have our karma and we are always in the right place at the right time. God has a plan in mind for all of us. 

Ultimately, this difficult experience strengthened my faith in God and in my self, knowing that God is in me and with me and I need not doubt for God is always guiding me. 
 

So it is with my readings: As I am guided, I use that guidance to guide others as an Intuitive Tarot reader,  keeping in mind the God-given free will  each of us has, to use the information as each sees fit. My hope is to illuminate the path God would want for each of us, as I bring my love, sincerity and passion to this work.  I look forward to working with the A.R.E. of New York in this new capacity as a Center practitioner, and hopefully to seeing you there as well.
