Margaret Elizabeth Ashe

Elizabeth lived a very fruitful 19 years. She inspired the hearts of many with her strength and aspirations. She fought 3 strong years after being diagnosed with Spinal Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). Constantly outliving doctors expectation, she lived out her last years as she had always done, by working hard to help other children and teenagers in need. Her Teen Help web page touched many young souls in need of help, including a few who were close to suicide. She continued to give to her community, even sacrificing one Christmas to give out gifts across Atlanta to children in Hospitals.
The Mass of The Resurrection was said at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, March 14, 2000 at Saint Philip Benizi Catholic Church. The family received friends at the funeral home, Pope Dickson & Son, Morrow Chapel, Monday, March 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm with the wake service at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Insiders Teen Center, P.O. Box 2691 Forest Park, GA 30298.
Elizabeth was an accomplished humanitarian, who dedicated much of her life to helping others. In her legacy, please continue where she left off and help make this society a better place. Give to your community and to you neighbor the love that Elizabeth gave the world.
