The Law Offices of ILENE H. GOLDMAN, L. L. C. is a full service law firm catering to small to medium size businesses, primarily closely held and family owned businesses. Ms. Goldman is a 1979 graduate of Tulane University School of Business and a 1983 graduate of Tulane Law School. She is licensed in both Louisiana and Florida and has operated her own firm since 1987.
The firm is equipped with state of the art computers with computerized on-line legal research capability. The firm bills on an hourly basis for most work performed, rendering monthly detailed bills setting forth all time and expenses incurred. Fees are reasonalbe and depends upon, amongst other things, the complexity of the matter and the exigency of the circumstances. Skilled paralegals and other staff members are utilized whenever possible in order to reduce costs to clients with close review and oversight of all assignments delegated. The firm's focus is on advising businesses in both litigation and transactional matters with an emphasis on the principle of "preventive law".
