New hire information can also be transmitted via FTP, diskette and tape media. For more information on these methods of reporting, contact the New Hire Reporting Office at 1-888-223-1461 or visit the Department of Social Services website at www.dss.state.la.us. You may also report new hires by mailing a copy of their W- 4 to the above address.
