1. Andrew John3 Willcutt,(William2 Willcutt) was born in Fayette County, Alabama about 1846.(1) (2) His pension application indicates he was 18 when he enlisted at Memphis on Feb. 27, 1864. Birthplace, Fayette Co. Ala.

He married twice. He married Jenetta P. Boone in Jefferson County, Alabama, 5 June 1867.(3) The following individual is also linked to this event: William Payne (bondsman). Jenetta was born in Alabama about 1836.(4) He married Parthenia Beasly Winston County, Alabama, before 1880.(5) Parthenia was born in Alabama about 1856(6) and died before 1900.(7)

Andrew's occupation: Farm Laborer. Andrew was listed as the head of a family on the 1880 Census in Cullman County, Alabama.(8) In addition to Andrew, the 1880 census listed the following family members: wife Parthenia Willcutt, age 24; daughter Sarah Willcutt, age 5; daughter Emmaline Willcutt, age 3; son John Willcutt, age 1; mother-in-law Jamima Beasly, age 75; and sister-in-law Keziah Beasly, age 40. An adjacent household contained Thomas Beasly, age 18; and wife Elizabeth, age 19. Andrew's brother Amos (Joel Amos) Willcutt lived in another adjacent household.

2. Wiley (James Wiley)4 Willcutt (Andrew John3) was born in Alabama 4 February 18??.(17) He was not listed in the household of his father Andrew J. Willcutt in the 1880 census. The pension application of his father John (Andrew J.) Willcutt gives James W. Willcutt's birthdate as 4 February 1872. The enumerator of the 1900 Tishomingo Co., Mississippi census recorded J. Wiley Willcutt's birthday as 4 February 1868. The enumerator of the 1910 Hardin County, Tennessee census recorded Wyley Willcutt's age as 48. James Wiley Willcutt's death certificate lists his birthdate as 4 February 1859. Wiley died 21 November 1943 in Hardin County, Tennessee.(18) The death certificate listed James Wylie Willcutt's father's name as Andrew Jackson Willcutt, and his mother as Annie Pairlee Boone. The mother's name was handwritten on the certificate, while all other entries were typed. The deceased's wife was Irene Jane Willcutt, age 68. The occupation of the deceased was farming, and his legal residence was Hardin Co., 6th District, Pittsburg Landing, Tennessee. The undertaker was Shackelford Funeral Directors, Savannah, Tennessee. The informant was Ella Willcutt, Pittsburg Landing, Tennessee, RFD 1. His body was interred 22 November 1943 in Pisgah, Hardin County, Tennessee.(19)

He married an unknown person.(20) He married Irene Jane ? about 1892.(21) Irene was born in Mississippi 25 September 1875.(22) The enumerator of the 1900 Tishomingo Co., Mississippi census recorded her birthday as 25 September 1875. According to the 1910 census, "Rena" had given birth to five children, but only two were living at that time.

Wiley was listed as the head of a family on the 1900 Census in Tishomingo County, Mississippi.(23) Wiley was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census in Hardin County, Tennessee.(24)

4. John Henry4 Willcutt (Andrew John3)(27) was born in Alabama 29 February 1876.(28) The 1880 Cullman Co., Alabama census lists a 1 year old boy named John as the son of Andrew John Willcutt. The pension application of Andrew John Willcutt gives John H. Willcutt's birthdate as 29 February 1879. The 1900 census gives his birthdate as February 1878. John died 19 August 1940.(29) His body was interred in Tishomingo County, Mississippi, Fairview Cemetery.(30)

He married Ora (Lou Ora) ? about 1905.(31) Ora was born in Mississippi 17 June 1884.(32) Ora died 25 May 1923.(33) Her body was interred in Tishomingo County, Mississippi, Fairview Cemetery.(34)
