21. Allen (William A.)⁴ Sawyer (John A.³, Dionysius², Wiley¹) was born in Alabama 17 December 1891. Allen died NOV 1976.

He married Mattie Allene Frye in Monroe County, Alabama, 27 December 1911. Mattie was born in Alabama 23 December 1891. She was the daughter of Charles John Wesley Frye and Annie Elizabeth Lambert. Mattie died 8 January 1988 at 96 years of age.

Allen (William A.) Sawyer and Mattie Allene Frye had the following children:
