1. Lewis¹ Willcutt⁽⁹⁸⁸⁾ was born CA 1794. Lewis died in Mississippi Or Arkansas(?). His body was interred in Ms Or Ar (said To Be Buried In Delta).

He married Rachel Amoson in Blount County, Alabama, 26 December 1825. Rachel was born in Ga? ABT 1810. She was the daughter of Amos Amoson. Rachel died AFT 1880. Her body was interred in Sandtown Cemetery, Tuscaloosa County, Al.

Lewis Willcutt and Rachel Amoson had the following children:

• + 2 i. William² Willcutt was born CA 1826.

• 3 ii. Benjamin Willcutt was born in Alabama CA 1829.

• 4 iii. Sarah Jane Willcutt⁽⁹⁸⁹⁾ was born CA 1832. She married Clement Anderton.⁽⁹⁹⁰⁾ Clement was born in Tuscalousa, Ala 1833. He was the son of James B. Anderton and Mary ?. (See Clement Anderton for the continuation of this line.)

• + 5 iv. James Willcutt was born about 1834.

• 6 v. Phebe Willcutt was born in Alabama 1836.⁽⁹⁹¹⁾ She married Alsey Johnson CA 1856.⁽⁹⁹²⁾ Alsey was born CA 1827.⁽⁹⁹³⁾ (See Alsey Johnson for the continuation of this line.)

• + 7 vi. Robert Willcutt was born CA 1838.

• 8 vii. Malissa Willcutt was born in Alabama about 1840. Malissa died 24 August 1925 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Her body was interred 24 August 1925 in Gibson Hill Cemetery, Fayette County, Al. She married James T. Jones about 1866. James was born in Alabama 1850. James died 1910. His body was interred in Gibson Hill Cemetery, Fayette County, Al. (See James T.
