Mind Games

Oh, boy, I do a lot of gaming. I suppose it's a consequence of being in the hobby for twenty years and the industry (such as it is) for seven. Here's a random-ass collection of material for some of the games I play.

World of Darkness My first freelance work was in the World of Darkness, and it still occupies a place in my shriveled little black heart. I've done more with this setting than any other.
Clan War Clan War - think Tokugawa-era samurai with a liberal dose of mythological weirdness - is the only miniatures game on which I've spent a lot of time, effort, or money. At the moment, these pages are only miniatures galleries, and I haven't done any Clan War figure painting in over a year. More later. Maybe.
Lensmoor I don't go in much for MMORPGs, having cut my online gaming teeth with MUDs in college. Lensmoor is the only MUD on which I currently maintain a presence (such as it is). Every few months, I'll get nostalgic and break out my character, Vasana, for some text-based hack'n'slash.

Ashen Lands
(pages forthcoming)
(yeah, right)

The Ashen Lands campaign setting was my longest-running game since high school, with about 15 months of play time invested in the core characters. It used the D&D3 rules set with a homebrew setting that featured bits stolen liberally from the fantasy work of David Weber, Steven Brust, and Glen Cook. Thanks, guys.

The Stalemate War
(offsite link)

This is an online Twilight: 2000 campaign in which I'm playing.
