Our Pennsylvania Dutch Barber ancestors travelled out to Ohio, Indiana, and Iowa in the early and mid-1800's.
The midwest was an unspoiled new land, filled with promise and fulfillment for those who would take up the challenge, and
put their shoulders to the wheel of history. They did it.
