In the name of God, Amen:

I, Frederick M Baumbach, residing at No. 111-27 - 42 nd Avenue, Corona, Queens County, New York, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and appreciating the uncertanty of this life, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, In the manner following, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as may be convenient.

SECOND: All the rest, residual and remainder of any property, both real and personal. of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Caroline Baumbach, to have and to hold, absolutely and forever.

THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Carline Baumbach, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and hereby direct that she shall not be required to funish any bond for the faithful perfomance of her duties as such Executrix.

In witness whereof, I have herunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this 22nd day of July, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-nine.
