It all began...

...some twenty years ago when the Butchers, the Heckos, and the Prices met Lil' Davy Baker through their mutual association with Barton-Ludwig (soon to be Coldwell-Banker) Realtors. The saga continued as Lil' Davy began travelling the world and met the Ferrarios on one of his European romps and when he moved in next door to the Bells in fashionable Windward.

Through the years a fast friendship blossomed as Lil' Davy continued to "date" these couples. A confirmed bachelor (and aging stud-around-town), Lil' Davy has endeared himself to these five couples as we all have shared some great adventures...from Crescent Beach to Europe to Sugar Dunes to moonlight excursions on Lake Windward (well, we had to go out on the boat when we visited Lil' Davy 'cause he didn't have any kitchen chairs) to marathon runs in Alaska, etc... Lotsa fun over lotsa years!

Our longstanding friendship notwithstanding, all of the participants in Lil' Davy's Magical Mystery Birthday Tour were quite taken aback, pleasantly surprised and duly mystified when we received our first rhyming invitation to join our good friend in celebration of his half century birthday. All that we could glean from these maddening monthly missives was that 1) we needed a valid passport, 2) tropical clothes 3) golf clubs, and 4) a party attitude!
