Bishop Borsch Quoted

In an article in the London Telegraph entitled, "Liberal Bishops Reject Anti-Gay Vote," Bishop Borsch was quoted:

'The Bishop of Los Angeles, the Rt. Rev Frederick Borsch, said his diocese, which has about 30 openly gay priests, would continue to take a liberal line. "Things will not change," he said. "We ordain human beings, we do not discriminate because of sexual orientation."'
