William E. Pitts is the ISS Coordinator at Githens Middle School in Durham, NC. He is a graduate of CHEYNEY STATE UNIVERSITY and the UNIVERSITY of CONNECTICUT.

There are several projects that I am currently involved in.They include the development of an ISS network for teachers and/or coordinators.The network will involve all teachers who work as ISS teachers and/or coordinators.I am working on a one day conference to be held in the spring of 96 in Durham,North Carolina.Please share your thoughts about the potential conference.
The other project is related to music.It is "The Lee Morgan Project"(He is a jazz trumpeter of the' Be Bop Area').
