(Not to be confused with my personal running log, which is far too embarrassing to put here....)
I started running two years ago, after being, umm, "sports-challenged" my entire life. I was delighted to discover that it was an athletic activity that I could actually perform well and enjoy. Later, I discovered the joys of ice packs, anti-inflammatory drugs, and physical therapy, but no matter. After coming in fourth in my division in my first race, I was hooked!
