Spiritual Crisis

Spiritual Crisis may also be termed Spiritual Emergence or Spiritual Emergency.

Spiritual crisis may be brought on through a variety of means including stress, near-death experiences, spontaneous mystical or shamanic experiences, psychoses, alien abductions or other means.

Sometimes these experiences can be extreme and disorienting. Crisis experiences are often overwhelming and can require outside assistance. Hopefully, this assistance will be helpful rather than harmful.
