Our Policies

At Harrelson's Traditional Archery, Inc. we work very hard to provide top quality products. We use the very best materials in our bows. We also believe in customer service and we stand behind what we sell. Our fiberglass backed bows carry a 2 year warranty and our "Kolomi" bows cary a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling:

When we receive an order we ship as fast as possible. If the item is in stock it normally ships on the next business day.

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and we charge actual shipping and insurance cost (we do not pad our shipping).

Returns:

We offer a money back guarentee on all our bows.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days for a full refund less shipping costs.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
