has been removed at the author's reluctant request due to possible liability

been helpful to many SAD sufferers. However, when someone offers useful
advice over the internet, a small number of readers will find ways to misuse
this assistance. That happened here, and as a result a useful resource
is no longer available to us. I'm sorry that removing this page was necessary
... but it was.
