| The intent of the Kanji Room chat room is to provide a place where students of the Japanese language can learn from Japanese and those more advanced in the Japanese language. Furthermore, it may act as a place for cultural exchange between Japanese and other nationalities. |

| We expect our guests to do their best to use the Japanese language when they can. English is fine when it proves too difficult to use Japanese and when it aids in the teaching of Japanese but we want the emphasis to be on the practice of Japanese. Furthermore, we expect our guests to be courteous to each other. It is by no means acceptable to use offensive language or hurtful remarks with other guests. |
