Brumund Foundry produces non-ferrous castings and manufacturers molten aluminum degassing equipment.

Our specialty is short to medium runs of complex, difficult to make castings.  Tooling can be produced in our fully equipped pattern shop.

Copper based alloy castings are produced from green, shell and self-set sand molds.  

Aluminum alloy castings are produced from green sand, self-set sand, shell sand and cast iron permanent molds.  We specialize in large aluminum castings, up to 900 lbs.

Brumund Foundry manufacturer's aluminum degassing equipment for removal of hydrogen gas from molten aluminum.  Degassers are available in a standard or custom configuration.

We are members in good standing of the Non Ferrous Founders' Society and the American Foundrymen's Society .
