SPECIAL MIKEY NOTE:  We had a ‘call to arms’ to help our good friend. Mike was an unfortunate victim of a shooting while camping near the White Tank mountains east of Phoenix on the evening of October 30th 2004Music and friends have really helped Mike in his recovery during 2004 and 2005, both physically and mentally.  Due to large medical bills his family and friends banded together to sponsor a public benefit.
