Words can not express the
amount of thanks and gratitude for all of those who attended the visitation and
funeral, the performers who donated their time and talents at all of the
benefit & tributes conducted throughout Arizona, the club owners and casino
managers and their wonderful staffs who donated their time, money and words of
support, the music stores and their employees who offered support of all types,
those donating to the memorial fund, the wonderful media and their respectful
and thorough coverage of Ted’s life in their respective columns and radio shows
and all of the bass players who offered to assist our band in its time of need.
And to those that were there to lend a hand, a hug, a tear and support for the
Kowal and Cold Shott families.

To the management at Sugar Daddy’s. Benefit show: July 20, 2002. Sugar Daddy’s is Ted’s family and our
last memory of a truly wonderful and long list of outstanding career
performances. We await your recognition
of this situation and ask that you finally, after 3 years, follow through with
your promise to mount a plaque on the wall commemorating Ted’s final
performance.
·
To the performers, most of whom we noted, some of which we lost track
because of the outstanding attendance at all of the tributes and benefits. Most
got to play, some couldn’t due to lack of time and the challenge of the
schedule. We know who all of you are and
the mere fact that you were there, called, wrote or sent in your prayers and
condolences means more that we can say.
·
To the Cold Shott band members and families, past and present………..Ted
is who brought us all together.
·
To the local and state Blues Societies. You all helped Ted’s dream stay
alive.
·
To KJZZ, The Tribune and The Arizona Republic and their respectful
staffs; coverage could not have been more proper and timely.
·
To our out-of-town fans and employers. It is good to see Ted’s positive
impact throughout the state and your subsequent support. Lisa, Eileen, Donna, Richard & Lyz ………..a
big hug from the band.
·
To the bass players who lent a helping hand and kept the train
a-rollin’:
