This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with its white sand beach is on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation with all of the conveniences of home: microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in the refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes and cookware, 2 color TVs with cable, VCR, DVD.
The downstairs area contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other is furnished with twin beds. All sheets and towels are furnished. All you need to bring is your beach towel!!
There is a private balcony with table and chairs on each side of the condo - one overlooking the beach and the gulf - the other overlooking a large lake.
Amenities on the property include two swimming pools, four lighted tennis courts, two saunas (one for men and one for women), lighted shuffle board courts, children's playground, cookout area with tables and grills, fishing dock and boat ramp. One of the swimming pools is a large indoor/outdoor pool, while the other smaller pool is an outdoor pool. Both are surrounded with lounge chairs that may used at no cost to the visitor. Beach chairs and umbrellas, wave runners, and sail boats are available for rent from the beach services.
Also for your enjoyment, many good restaurants and several golf courses are located close by. There is dog racing nightly 20 minutes away at The Ebro Greyhound Park.
