
The Business Re-Engineering Group focuses on knowledge transfer of business reengineering principles through education and consulting. We provide an alternative to current consulting approaches, which, for six to eight digit fees, will come in and conduct reengineering projects, giving lip service to transferring business reengineering knowledge and skills to the client organization. Our emphasis on knowledge transfer strengthens the skill of the client while achieving the benefits of business reengineering at a fraction of the cost.
Service offerings of the Business Re-Engineering Group include:
• Knowledge Transfer Program provides business reengineering methodology, training materials and workshop materials; trains client project team and facilitates success on initial business reengineering projects. Clients include Dun & Bradstreet Software, Duke Power Company, The Coca-Cola Company, Ciba-Geigy Corporation and RH&H Consult.
• Seminars/Training/Workshops ranging from half day executive overviews to twelve day technique training and project workshops to apply the training and produce project deliverables. Clients include Ciba-Geigy, Duke Power Company and USAir.
• Project Facilitation Assistance to business reengineering projects to assess progress, facilitate workshops, develop/review deliverables and prepare presentations. Clients include RJR Industries, Hoechst Celanese, Riverwood International, and Schuller International
• Full Scale Reengineering Projects including mobilization, business systems evaluation and redesign, implementation planning and implementation. Clients include The Emory Clinic and Mannington Carpets.
