The Business Re-Engineering Group (BRG) was founded in 1991 with a mission to transfer business reengineering knowledge to our clients. Our focus is on building client skills and facilitating successful client reengineering programs and projects.

To accomplish the transfer of business reengineering knowledge, we have developed Education, Training, and Methodology materials based on the past experience of BRG and others.

These materials are packaged into several services, including education, training, Knowledge Transfer, Project Facilitation and Turnkey Reengineering.
