LICENSING COURSES

SALESPERSON PRELICENSE |
This course prepares you for the initial
license required for your real estate career. The course is 75
hours of instruction. Material includes the legal aspects, appraisal,
finance, property taxation, contracts and agency. The resident or
in-class course is offered over 11 weeks The independent study course
may be taken on your own personal computer at your own pace. The school
final exam must be taken at our office. In order to activate a
salesperson license you must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma
or G.E.D., and pass the state real exam with a 75 or better.

BROKER PRELICENSE |
The broker's course prepares the student for
the Georgia Broker exam. This course is 60 hours of instruction and may
be completed in class or independent study. In order to activate a
Broker's license you must be 21 years of age, have 3 years of active
licensure, and pass the state broker's test with 75% or
better.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER
|
A
Community Association Manager may only provide property management
services to homeowners or condominium associations.
