Carla's hiking Photos: Part 3

(Click on photos to see the larger versions)

Left: This is the most popular lowland oasis in Tucson...7 falls. There are actually 7 waterfalls leading from the top of this photo down to the bottom pool. Note the scale by the size of the people in front of the bottom pool.
Right: This is just one of those typical desert scenes.

This is my friend Ed atop the saddle of the Wasson Peak hike in the Western Tucson mountains, overlooking Panther Peak.

Left: When Sarah and I went camping we were really slowed-down by our heavy backpacks, but the views were awsome.
Right: Just to prove there's snow in Arizona...of course this is at a 9,000 foot elevation atop Mount Lemmon, but still.

Just to prove there's water in Arizona.

Left: Ok, these are not hiking photos. But it was great to go back to NY to be in my high-school best-friend Caroline's wedding, and hey, we were outdoors.
Right: Me and my mom at the wedding.
