· 06/27/2009 —  You depart Cleveland on Delta Flight #4970 at 2:30 PM and arrive in Atlanta at 4:20 PM.  We meet up in Atlanta and all board Delta Flight #812 at 5:30 PM for London Gatwick Airport (LGW), arriving at 7:00 AM. the morning of June 28.  . 

Schedule of Events

· 06/28/2009 —  After arriving at London Gatwick Airport early Sunday morning we make our way to London center.  Gatwick is about 30 miles south of the city.  We leave our luggage at the hotel and head for a day of sightseeing in London.  Moving around London is made easier because of the Tube, London’s underground train system.

· 06/29/2009 —  A full day and night spent exploring the great city of London.  An option for Monday night would be to see the London performance of Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theater.  It would also be fun to try the Absolut Ice Bar where everything is made of ice and you are given cold weather clothes to wear while you are there.  They specialize in Vodka cocktails.

July 2009

· 07/012009 —  Outdoor day in the Highlands…..golf or munro bagging (mountain climbing).  Hotel in the Fort William or Glencoe area.

· 07/02/2009 —  Sightseeing in Glasgow or Edinburgh.  B&B or hotel near Edinburgh.  Pubbing at night.  A must see is the Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.  The Frankenstein Bar is located near the castle.

· 07/03/2009 —  Visit Rosslyn Chapel in the morning.  Then catch flight Ryanair flight from Edinburgh at 2:35 PM to Shannon, Ireland, arriving 3:55 PM.  Sunset viewing of the Cliffs of Moher.  B&B on the west coast of the island near the cliffs.

· 07/04/2009 —  Spend the 4th Of July in the west-central part of Ireland as we continue to drive counter-clockwise around the lower half of the country.  B&B in Kilarney, County Kerry.

· 07/05/2009 —  Visiting abbeys and castles in Cork Ireland area.  Trip to kiss the Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle.  B&B a night in Cork.  Pubbing/live music at night

· 07/06/2009 —  Visit to he Rock of Cashel and other important and historic sites.  B&B at night near the Rock.  The Rock is an absolute must see.

· 07/07/2009 —  Make our way to Dublin.  Hotel in Dublin, check out Dublin nightlife.

· 07/08/2009 —  Nothing but Dublin Day.  Full day sight seeing the great city of Dublin.  Tour Guinness brewery.  Hotel in Dublin.

· 07/09/2009 —  Depart Dublin International Airport (DUB) at 12:30 PM on Delta Flight #177, arriving in Atlanta at 4:25 PM.  Then depart Atlanta at 6:45 PM on Delta Flight #5824 arriving at Cleveland Hopkins Airport at 8:33 PM.

· 06/30/2009 —  Breakfast in London.  At 1:30 PM we leave London Luton Airport (LTN) and fly north to Inverness, Scotland, arriving at 3:20 PM.  We pick up a rental car at the airport and start heading south.  Fist day in Scotland we visit Loch Ness.  The night is spent in Fort William or Loch Ness.
