Danish Meatballs

Serves 4 Grind meats together and add remaining ingredients (except oil) and chill 1 hour. Form into 36 flattened balls and fry in about 1" moderately hot oil, about 8 at a time, for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Drain well. Serve warm or cold with dill mayonnaise (2 tbs mayonnaise, 1½ tbs heavy cream, ¾ tsp dried dill, ½ tsp caraway seeds).
